Welcome to one of the first Fitness clubs established in Lausanne, exclusively dedicated to women! With over 40 years of experience, we offer a wide variety of weightlifting machines from the region, as well as a functional area dedicated to free weights.
Healthgym has maintained its family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere, constantly adapting its equipment and evolving group classes with time and technology. Holders of the electronic access card have 365-day access to the club from 5 am to 11 pm. Recognized for its best “quality/price” ratio among fitness clubs in the Lausanne region, it is also highly appreciated for its weightlifting room, group classes, relaxation area, dedicated team of coaches, and accessibility.

FITNESS AND WEIGHT ROOMS
Our range of equipment is comprehensive and diverse. You’ll find a cardio area equipped with Matrix and Technogym machines, as well as an extensive array of weightlifting machines from Matrix and Technogym. Our Free Weight area includes several benches, pulldown machines, dumbbells ranging up to 30kg, a functional rack, and a Matrix pulley
Group Classes
With over 15 classes per week, you’ll find the activity that suits you. Choose from Zumba, Body Pump, CAF, Pilates, or Yoga
WELLNESS AREAS
The changing rooms are equipped with a sauna, ideal for relaxing after a workout.
